Meatless Gluten Free Sausage

 Ingredients:

  • Chick pea flour (1 cup)

  • Tapioca flour (1 cup)

  • Brown rice flour (1 cup)

  • Quinoa flour (1 cup)

  • tomatoes crushed (1/2 cup)

  • garlic minced (1 tablespoon)

  • onion minced (1 tablespoon)

  • celtic sea salt (1/2 teaspoon)

  • maple syrup (1 tablespoon)

  • water (3 cups)

  • coconut oil (1/4 tablespoon)

Items needed: Steamer, parchment paper and aluminum foil.

 

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together place aside. Divide evenly and cut evenly in squares parchment paper and do the same for aluminum paper.  Place mix batch in reasonable amount in parchment paper and roll inside and twist the ends. Then add the aluminum paper and do same over the rolled item, twist the ends. Repeat process until batches are all used up. Steam them for 30-45 minutes on high heat. Make sure you have enough water in the large pot to steam the sausages! Once done cool and freeze and ready to eat when needed! Enjoy!
