Ingredients: Chick pea flour (1 cup) Tapioca flour (1 cup) Brown rice flour (1 cup) Quinoa flour (1 cup) tomatoes crushed (1/2 cup) garlic minced (1 tablespoon) onion minced (1 tablespoon) celtic sea salt (1/2 teaspoon) maple syrup (1 tablespoon) water (3 cups) coconut oil (1/4 tablespoon) Items needed: Steamer, parchment paper and aluminum foil.
